Online plot

In this online activity, you will record data about the biodiversity found in the survey plot below. You are going to record data by entering the correct code for each species found in each of the 25 quadrats.

You'll need to refer to the key at the bottom of the plot. Each species has its own code consisting of a letter and a number. For example, the code for a bee is 'I2'.

You can record data by following these steps:

1. Select one of the quadrats in the plot. A pop-up data box will appear.
2. Enter the code for each species found in the quadrat. Refer to the key at the bottom of the plot.
3. Check your answer(s) and submit the data.
4. Repeat these steps until you've recorded data for each of the quadrats.
